Troop 80 is a Scout troop out of Dracut, MA. We are a fairly large troop with approximately 30 registered scouts. Troop 80 meets weekly on Monday nights at the Acacia Club. All meetings, like any scouting event, are run and planned by the scouts. Any boy 11 - 17 who is interested in joining Troop 80 is welcome to attend one of our meetings.

Troop 80 is a very active troop. We have at least one event planned each month such as camping, hiking, canoeing, etc. Each summer scouts attend Camp Wah-tut-ca for a week long summer camp adventure. Scouting gives boys the opportunity to learn and grow. Whether its merit badges, camping, leadership, hanging with friends, the outdoors or the indoors - Scouting has something for everyone!

Our Troop also has our own High Adventure Crew. "The Crew", as it is known, is made up of scouts between the ages of 13-17 who have achieved the rank of First Class. The High Adventure Crew plans more extensive and more challenging trips such as Backpacking, Hiking, Canoeing and more! High Adventure Crew is a great way for older scouts to challenge themselves and get a great Leadership experience while learning such methods as "Leave No Trace".
