The following Photos were taken at a Mock Drill conducted at City Hall by the Lowell Police Department on October 11, 2000 @ 09:00 hrs. The Lowell Fire Department assisted the many agencies involved with the drill in particular Trinity Ambulance Service. The drill consisted of a hostage taking in City Hall by terrorists. Deputy Tom Christoun was the IC at the Fire Department command post assisted by Capt. Price and Lt. Ashe of Training. Engine 3, Ladder 3 and the Rescue Company were dispatched to the incident. We also have some video taken during the drill by Lieutenant Dillon of the Fire Investigation Unit.
