The following Photos were taken at a ceremony conducted in memory of the victims of the Terrorist Attacks in New York City, Washington, DC. and Pennsylvania. The Ceremony was held in front of the Lowell Firefighters Memorial on Tuesday September 18, 2001 @ 09:00 hrs. The Lowell Fire Department, Lowell Police Department and many related agencies attended. Fire Chaplain Rev. George Spagnolia offered prayers to the victims of the horrible tragedy.
