Many people are unaware of the great influence francophone, French speaking, immigrants have had in the molding of Lowell, Massachusetts, frequently referred to as the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution.
The following is an initial attempt to perpetuate this information. We anticipate expanding on this site in order to bring you up to date and provide you with more facts concerning the Franco-American presence in Lowell and the surrounding area.
