Rosemary Noon is the Director of Communications and Cultural
Affairs
at Regis College in Weston, MA. She is a former Loeb Fellow at Harvard
University and holds a master's degree in art history from UMass
Amherst. She has taught museum studies and art history courses at
Regis College and UMass Lowell. As assistant director of cultural
affairs at the Lowell Historic Preservation Commission, U.S. Dept. of
the Interior (1983-88), and later as the first executive director of
the Lowell Office of Cultural Affairs (1988-93), she managed the
development of the acclaimed Lowell Public Art Collection. She is a
longtime trustee of the Pollard Memorial Library in Lowell and serves
on the board of directors of the New England Quilt Museum.
