Jane Brox received the 1996 L. L. Winship/PEN New England Award for the best book by a New England author. In 1994, she was awarded a Literature Fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts. Her work has appeared in magazines such as The Georgia Review and The Gettysburg Review. She lives and writes on her family's farm in the Merrimack Valley of Massachusetts.
