http://www.childrensdefense.org/ The mission of the Children's Defense Fund is to Leave No Child Behind®. This site includes publications, statistics, and advocacy on many child welfare issues, including ensuring access to quality child care, reducing youth violence, and controlling guns. Also includes a Parent Resource Network with many links to web sites.
http://www.fatherhoodproject.org/ The Fatherhood Project® is a national research and education project that is developing ways to support men’s involvement in child rearing. This site includes publications and research results.

http://www.nichcy.org/ NICHCY is the national information and referral center that provides information on disabilities and disability-related issues for families, educators, and other professionals, with a special focus is children and youth (birth to age 22).

Kids on the Web has been in the top 50 great sites for kids and parents from the American Library Association; recognized as a NetGuide Gold Site; a Magellan 3-Star site; and is a Winner of the CornerStone Foundation Site Award for Information. http://www.zerotothree.org/ Zero to Three is a national nonprofit founded by leading pediatricians, child development specialists and researchers in 1977 to promote the healthy social, emotional and intellectual development of babies and toddlers. It includes information on child development, and publications for both parents and professionals.
